2400 McCue is a development of 2400 McCue Residential, L.P. with general partner, Choice Condominiums, LLC, of Atlanta. Principals Ron Lozoff and Joseph H. Harman have been developing and managing residential real estate for more than thirty years, and have particular expertise in the specialty luxury condominium market. Through affiliate entities, they have successfully developed condominuims, hotels, apartments and retail. They currently have properties in Georgia, Florida, and North and South Carolina, as well as in Houston and Austin, Texas.
Sales and marketing for 2400 McCue Condominiums is handled exclusively by CondoSmart, LLC a licensed Texas real estate brokerage company, specializing in on-site sales of condominiums, lofts, town homes and cluster homes. CondoSmart, LLC President, Donald R. Dowling, and Director of Marketing, Jon S. Aills, each have over 25 years of expertise in residential real estate. Together with Choice Condominiums, LLC they successfully market and sell condominium communities in inner loop Houston.
